Getting Fit While Pregnant

For some of you who have been at my parenting blog, you already know that I finally am pregnant. Yes, I am 6 weeks along the way for my second child and hopefully, everything will go well and smooth until delivery. I saw yoga dvds that have moves and exercises for pregnant women and I thought it is perfect for me. I have been to my first prenatal check up last Tuesday and my OB-GYN advised me not to miss doing exercises in order to maintain being fit the entire pregnancy. I am thankful that I am due in the summer. That would give me so many days before my due to take a lot of outdoor walks as my exercise in preparation for labor.
