Home and Content Insurance
Our yearly inventory of our expenses takes place around this time of the year, as we go ahead, prepare for income tax filing. I don’t do it myself, because I am not so detailed with every taxable expenses that we did and so the husband does all the checking, the reviewing, and pretty much all the necessary steps to be taken. What I am tasked to do is to check ever insurance that we have. And I realized that last year, we did get a renter’s insurance at our former place. Now, we don’t.
And I have thought of what CGU home insurance offers. They have the home and content insurance that every homeowner, or even apartment renter, needs to get, in order to be safe and secure with what precious things you have in your property. And since we didn’t acquire one right now, it made me think of getting one as soon as possible. You know, it always pays to be safe and secure in advance. We never know what shall happen tomorrow or in the next few days and weeks and months, and being insured with not only your life but also your home or rental, is always a good thing.
How about you? Do you have home insurance? If you’re renting, did you get a renter’s insurance? If not, then may be it’s time to ask yourself about it now. It’s never too late to get one you know!
