Who would have thought that as young as 48 years old, the singer that made the songs “Saving All My Love For You,” “How Will I Know,” “Greatest Love Of All,” “I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me),” “Didn’t We Almost Have It All,” “So Emotional,” “Where Do Broken Hearts Go”, “I Will Always Love You”, and more became famous will leave all of the people that love and adore her heartbroken?
She rose to international prominence in the 80s and continued to shine in the 90s and even until today. Too bad, I know! My older sister who loves all of her music has all of her albums. I got to listen to her songs and fell in love with her awesome and one-of-a-kind voice when I was growing up. Unfortunately, drugs ruined her life, as it always does.
She is absolutely a great talent and none can surpass her even when she is physically gone. Her memory and her music will live on, and may she will rest in peace…..
